ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any artwork, commissioned art\project, and hand painted products.

Paper Products

The customer has 48 hours, after delivery of the product, to report an issue with the order. If the wrong product\item was shipped, the correct item will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, pictures will need to be sent to info@marinlee.com and if the order was found to be improperly packaged, a replacement will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost. If the package appears to be mishandled, a claim will need to be submitted by the customer to the shipping agency (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for reimbursement.
